The shipping is terrible came damaged

Item not working properly the wires are jammed
..u have too twisting the cord for it tooo work...and the air speed for the different levels aren't what was expected.... disappointed

Received this item in a box that was packed in two shipping bags. The outer most shipping bag was damaged . Since there was no outer box to protect the product from potential damage i didn't believe that this proct was not affected. I was not happy with the plug on this device it was non grounded so i felt like there would have been many moments where it would fall out of the outlet. Also was expecting a different type brush it was soft not ridged. Overall not what i expected

Everything is okay as described in the auction, quickly shipped, well secured. I just opened it and the packaging was damaged but everything inside is fine and working.

Does a good job, handles a lot of 4b hair, and feels sturdy. good purchase

I haven’t tried this on my real hair yet, but i’ve tried it on my mannequin‘s hair and her hair is very tangled and i brushed it with this brush and it literally took like five minutes to do her whole head but obviously it’s the mannequin so it might take longer for a real head, but she does have a lot of hair and yeah, i only took like three sections i definitely do recommend this because it does get hot enough and when i bought it, i thought it was gonna be like a hot comb brush, but it’s like a blow dryer, which is actually still good. I have like 3c hair so i hope it works on my texture of hair because the bristles are kind of soft and easy to move around

I love this item and it works well i really like it. Just that the noice it makes in the transformer when i move it from cool to low and going up to high i had to just leave it on cool because it don't make no sound in the transformer, but i love it and it does what it suppose to do but i really want to try the higher one i believe it will do a better job, but am to scared don't want it or the transformer to burn

I love this thing so much, i’ve had it for a couple weeks now and it dries well, brushes well and is easy to hold for long periods. The only downfall is for my thick hair i’m drying for a long time but i have to take a break because the handle gets too hot!

Very noisy. Like an airplane engine. Dryes well, quickly, comfortable to hold, but heats up quickly and starts to smell like burning wires.
